Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with polkowski.edu.pl is Dr. Eng. Zdzisław Pólkowski, Professor at UJW. Contact: z.polkowski@polkowski.edu.pl.
What data I process and why
- Server logs. The server hosting this website automatically records connection details: IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser information. They are used only to keep the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
- Email. If you email me, I process your address and the content of your message to reply and continue the correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the matter.
- No forms or accounts. The website has no forms, comments or visitor accounts.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking, statistics or advertising. The language comes from the page address, so it is not stored in a cookie either. Cookies are set only for people who log in to the website’s admin panel.
Third-party services
Fonts are served from the same server, not from Google Fonts. The website does not embed videos, maps or social media plugins. Links to other services such as LinkedIn, Google Scholar or Springer lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
Recipients
The hosting provider (LH.pl) and the email provider may process data on my behalf, only as needed to run the website and email. I do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
