Two weeks after purchasing a last-generation Lenovo laptop, unfortunately, it broke down. More precisely, the motherboard of the new laptop was faulty and had to be replaced. This wasn’t an issue, though, because it was still under warranty. As a result, a Lenovo specialist came to Lubin from Wroclaw just one day after we reported the problem.
The students had the chance to observe the maintenance specialist at work, replacing the motherboard and promptly repairing the device. Despite the problem occurring shortly after buying the laptop, the response time and professionalism of the specialist leave no room for second thoughts when considering purchasing from this manufacturer again.
